Every record is traceable to its source row, and every transformation is logged. This is the data-fidelity layer: nothing is silently changed.
Method. Source: Collection of Workforce Best Practices — Results Cleaned (06/30/2026). Blank titles were imputed as Organization + “Workforce Program” and flagged. Multi-select fields were parsed against a controlled dictionary; encoding artifacts fixed; personal emails withheld; null tokens (“n/a”) normalized; categories derived by keyword rules (SME review pending). One test record removed. Full lineage is in the companion provenance workbook.
