I wanted to reach out to see if any other stakeholders have been experiencing delays with GFI submissions.
Currently, I have 65 open tickets for which claims data has been submitted to ESP, with no approval or denial received to date. The oldest outstanding submission dates back to 3/31/2026. This is notably different from my experience at the outset of the program, when 14 initial claims were approved in near real-time.
Given the volume and age of these pending items, I wanted to gauge whether this is an isolated issue or a broader trend others are encountering.
If you are experiencing similar delays, I would appreciate hearing from you. Any insight into current ESP processing timelines or known system issues would also be welcome.
